Please detail any physical or mental conditions you or a member of your party have had in the past or are currently receiving medical treatment for. Please include RECENT SURGERIES, PROBLEMATIC OLD INJURIES, a history of ASTHMA, ANAPHYLAXIS/ALLERGIES (including allergies to medications), DIABETES, HEART DISEASE, or SEIZURES, and list any MEDICATIONS you are currently taking. ALL INFORMATION IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

We employ an industry standard cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully and  email or call the office with any questions before booking. 

  • All deposits are non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations made by FMG. (Your guide will decide if inclement weather at the climbing location necessitates cancellation). In the event of a weather cancellation, we will either reschedule your trip or give you a full refund; the choice is up to you. 
  • Full payment for all bookings is due 30 days prior to the booking date. You will be charged in full if you cancel or reschedule your booking within this time period.
  • All gift certificates and credits expire one year from the date issued.

**We highly advise you to purchase trip insurance to cover the cost of your trip if you have to cancel or reschedule your booking for ANY reason, including illness, injury, or other circumstance that prevents you from attending. Trip insurance is available online through a variety of independent providers, several of whom now cover Covid cancellations as well. If you forgo trip insurance and cancel or reschedule for any reason within 30 days of your trip start date, you will be responsible for the full cost of your booking.
